Visitor Reviews
The Pattaya Dolphinarium is a lovely place that offers an engaging family-friendly experience in the heart of Pattaya. Visitors can enjoy a wonderful show featuring sea lions and dolphins performing impressive tricks and synchronized routines that delight audiences of all ages. The dolphins, in particular, steal the show with their graceful jumps through hoops, playful ball-balancing acts, and synchronized dances to music, showcasing their intelligence and training in a captivating 30-40 minute performance. Tickets for non-Thai visitors start from around 700 Baht, providing good value for the entertainment on offer. Additional options like taking pictures with the dolphins or even swimming with them are available for an extra fee, adding a personal touch to the visit. Overall, it’s a must-see attraction for animal lovers and those seeking lighthearted fun during a trip to Pattaya.
It had been quite a while since I've gone to a dolphin show, the last being when I was probably in grade 7, and so I can confidently say that it was just as spectacular even at the age of 25. The dolphins and seals were all well trained and absolutely adorable. We had booked our tickets online and so didn't have to queue up to get them, but youd still have to get it validated at the counter. If you are planning to buy from the spot though, do get there earlier than the show timings for a smoother experience.
The Dolphinarium was an amazing experience! I didn’t realize how big the dolphins are, and the seals were incredibly impressive as well. The whole show was entertaining, fun, and even educational. We really enjoyed our time there — it was truly a cool and memorable experience. Highly recommended and buy tickets in advance. 😁😁

Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
