We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Pattaya with my wife and our three children. From the very first day, we felt truly welcome. The staff is exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful – it’s rare to experience such a high level of professionalism and genuine care. The food was delicious and varied, suitable for both adults and children. The service was absolutely perfect – fast, attentive, and with great attention to every detail. The hotel conditions are excellent: spotless cleanliness, comfort, and a relaxing atmosphere that made our vacation truly enjoyable. Special and heartfelt thanks to May from the reception. She is a true asset to the hotel – with her perfect English, she assisted us throughout our entire stay. She helped us arrange taxis, assisted me with currency exchange, and recommended wonderful places to visit. A true professional in every sense! We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the Front Office Manager, Sittipoom Sooksai, who promptly and professionally helped us resolve an issue with the tour agency from which we had booked our excursion. Thanks to his support, everything was handled smoothly and without unnecessary stress. We will definitely return – our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, surprising us with thoughtful complimentary treats that truly made us feel celebrated. We absolutely loved the complimentary Onsen, a relaxing and rejuvenating touch, and the scooters provided to guests made exploring the property so easy and enjoyable. The resort’s African-inspired theme is stunning — every décor detail feels carefully curated and full of character. From the warm hospitality to the peaceful atmosphere, everything exceeded our expectations.
