The private sunset trip is what people rave about, with snacks onboard and staff who genuinely look after the group, and the pickup and drop-off from Pattaya addresses takes the guesswork out of getting to the pier. Families, couples and small groups all get quoted differently, and the team is good at laying out options rather than pushing one price.
The problem comes with the multi-activity packages. One traveler was promised 15 to 20 minutes on each activity, then got a rushed paragliding turn and barely a minute on the banana boat and jet ski, with the agent and the boat crew blaming each other afterwards. That's not a small gripe. If you're buying anything beyond the yacht itself, get the minutes for each activity written down before you pay, and know who's accountable on the day.

We went for a family vacation to Phuket . Mr Kabir of big tiger yatch suggested to go for a private yatch sunset trip . It was an amazing experience . The yatch was very good and the snacks served were also delicious . We had a great time . Next day we went to Banana beach . The experience there also was super. Thank you Big Tiger yatch for giving us such amazing experience . Our entire trip was flawless due to you and your teams efforts 👍

The agent who presented us the different packages promised us 15-20 minutes on all the activities included. We payed the full price and went on the tour the next day. The paragliding was very short and felt rushed, unlike what was promised to us. We then moved on to the island and went for the banana boat and jet ski. We got max 1 minute on both and I was not allowed to drive it I only got to press the accelerator. The agent and the people who took us kept throwing the blame on each other and the problem reached no compensation or conclusion. Very untrustful and I do not recommend.
