We went for a family vacation to Phuket . Mr Kabir of big tiger yatch suggested to go for a private yatch sunset trip . It was an amazing experience . The yatch was very good and the snacks served were also delicious . We had a great time . Next day we went to Banana beach . The experience there also was super. Thank you Big Tiger yatch for giving us such amazing experience . Our entire trip was flawless due to you and your teams efforts 👍

The agent who presented us the different packages promised us 15-20 minutes on all the activities included. We payed the full price and went on the tour the next day. The paragliding was very short and felt rushed, unlike what was promised to us. We then moved on to the island and went for the banana boat and jet ski. We got max 1 minute on both and I was not allowed to drive it I only got to press the accelerator. The agent and the people who took us kept throwing the blame on each other and the problem reached no compensation or conclusion. Very untrustful and I do not recommend.
