Outstanding! I booked a private full day tour and could not have asked for anything more. Aday was my guide/driver, and he was such a delight to spend the day with. The thoughtful personalization and go-at-my-own-flow pace made for a fantastic day. I was interested in visiting some of the coffee farms up north on the Myanmar border, as well as visiting the main temple sites. Aday knew the area very well and made sure we stopped at all the best coffee shops in the small villages. He took me to his favorite nam ngiao spot for breakfast. And he went the extra mile to help me locate something valuable I had left the previous day in a Grab ride. It was a very full, but relaxing and enjoyable day. So all I can say is ขอบคุณมาก to both Aday and M for a great tour and a day I will always remember!
Excellent service from start to finish. Ping, our incredibly knowledgeable tour guide, provided valuable insights that helped us appreciate the sights on a much deeper level. His passion for his work was evident, and he made sure everyone on the tour learned something meaningful at each stop. Our driver, Ae, was equally fantastic. He was a careful driver, prioritizing safety over speed to reach our destination. The entire tour ran smoothly and never felt rushed. We were given ample time to explore and truly enjoy each location. We got picked up from our hotel at 8 am and dropped at the Night Bazaar (upon our request) at around 6pm so it’s a whole day of adventure. Highly recommended!
Was great to engage with Chiang Rai Lanna Tours for our private tours during our stay in Chiang Rai. They were very responsive on WhatsApp right from the enquiry all the way through the confirmation of the day on the tour and even when we adjusted some of the timing at the late evening on the day before. Our tour guide Khun M (or M&M as he would joke 😃) was very knowledgeable and passionate on his sharing for each of the locations we visited and made sure we took all the time we needed without rushing us. Thumbs up and highly recommend this tour company for whoever that needs a customized tour that delivers!
