Team Quest Thailand is Chiang Mai's established MMA camp — the northern counterpart to Phuket's big multi-discipline gyms, with Muay Thai, MMA, grappling and strength classes running through the day on one campus with rooms and a pool. The gym carries the Team Quest name from the famous American wrestling-heavy MMA team, and the program reflects it: alongside traditional Thai pad work there are proper wrestling and BJJ classes, which makes it the Chiang Mai choice for anyone who wants complete fight training or simply more variety than a pure Muay Thai camp offers. The camp rhythm is standard — morning and afternoon sessions, six days a week — but the timetable is broad enough to build your own mix: Muay Thai twice a day, or striking in the morning and grappling in the evening, with strength and conditioning in between. Guests range from holiday trainers doing a fitness reset to amateur MMA fighters preparing for bouts. On-site accommodation and food keep the logistics simple, and the camp is a short ride south of Chiang Mai's old city for rest days. Good to know: training-plus-room packages are best booked directly and ahead of the cool season (November–February), when the camp is busiest. Drop-in classes are available if you are staying in the city. A scooter is useful — the camp sits south of the centre, and food options multiply within a short ride.
