Phuket Cleanse
Tucked away in the quieter Rawai district of Phuket, this wellness retreat operates as a full residential program rather than a drop-in spa. Guests stay on-site and follow structured schedules combining cleanse programs, fitness training, yoga, massage, and health-focused nutrition — all delivered by a dedicated team that visitors consistently describe as knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely invested in each guest's wellbeing. The sense of community and personal attention appear to be defining features, with many guests returning for second visits and describing the experience as transformative rather than simply relaxing. The facility functions as an all-in-one health retreat, drawing on its range of services — from fitness and yoga instruction to spa treatments and health food — to support guests through structured wellness programs. The Rawai location keeps the retreat away from Phuket's busier tourist areas, creating a focused environment conducive to genuine rest and recovery. Guests travel as individuals, couples, and families, and the team is noted for making all feel equally welcomed and supported throughout their stay. Good to know: Phuket Cleanse operates primarily as a residential retreat, so visits typically involve a multi-day stay rather than a single-session booking. It is strongly advisable to contact the retreat directly before arrival to discuss program options, availability, and what to bring. As opening hours are not listed online, reaching out in advance is the most reliable way to plan your stay.

Visitor Reviews
My stay at Phuket Cleanse was an amazing experience, everything I wanted and so much more. From the moment I arrived, the staff could not do enough for me. Every trainer and coach was incredibly knowledgeable, and it was clear they are true experts in their fields. One of the things I loved most was how flexible the programme was. You can do as much or as little as you like, making your stay completely tailored to exactly what you want. All the staff took the time to get to know me, and Mel and Stanton went above and beyond to personalise classes and sessions wherever possible. A huge shout-out to Jane and the entire kitchen team, their food and service were absolutely 5-star. Even throughout the day, you can pop in and ask for a snack, a protein shake, or a smoothie, whether it’s something you create yourself or one they happily recommend. An extra special mention to Sun, who gave me the best massage I have ever had, truly unforgettable and such a highlight of the whole experience. Another thing that really stood out to me was that many of the guests were returning guests, which I think says so much about the quality, consistency, and care that Phuket Cleanse provides. Seeing how many people come back again and again made me even more confident in my choice, and I now completely understand why they do. What surprised me most was how much education I received during my stay, not just in fitness and nutrition, but also in wellbeing, mindfulness, and self-work. It truly was the perfect reset and refresh that I needed. I’ve recommended Phuket Cleanse to everyone I’ve spoken to since coming home, and I absolutely cannot wait to go back.
I’ve just returned from Phuket Cleanse for the second time I can honestly say it has been my second-best experiences of my life. From the moment I arrived, the whole team made me, and my family feel completely at home, warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. The daily schedule is fantastic: a great mix of fitness classes, yoga, breathwork, ice baths and educational workshops, so you can do as much or as little as you like. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging, and they always seem to know when to push you and when to let you rest. The food is another major highlight – healthy, fresh and absolutely delicious. Every meal feels like it has been prepared with real care and attention, and it’s amazing how good you can feel when you eat this way for a while. What really sets Phuket Cleanse apart is the atmosphere. There is a real sense of community; you arrive as a guest and leave feeling like part of the family. The team go above and beyond to help with anything you need, and they create a safe, positive space for people from all over the world. If you are looking to reset your body and mind, meet wonderful people and come back feeling fitter, lighter and more focused, I highly recommend Phuket Cleanse. Mel, the lady owner, is full of enthusiasm, drive and knowledge, and she goes above and beyond to support everyone with their needs – a truly fantastic host. And yes – Stanton really is as handsome as he says he is! 😄 So, we’re certain we’ll be visiting again.
Phuket Cleanse was one of the most impactful experiences I have had. From the moment I arrived, I felt supported, welcomed, and completely held in an environment designed for genuine healing and growth. The balance between intense fitness and holistic healing was exactly what I needed. The training challenged me physically in the best way, while the wellness practices helped me reset, slow down, and reconnect with myself. What really sets Phuket Cleanse apart is the people. I met so many wonderful souls, and the sense of community created by the staff, practitioners, and guests is truly special. I left feeling stronger, clearer, and more aligned than I have in a long time. If you are looking for healing, transformation, and a serious fitness reset, I could not recommend Phuket Cleanse more.
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
