นารายา นวดเพื่อสุขภาพ เชียงราย Naraya Massage&Relax Chiangrai
Situated on Phaholyothin Road in the heart of Chiang Rai's main district, this massage spa offers a range of therapeutic treatments rooted in Thai wellness traditions, including foot massage and oil massage. The setting is described by visitors as clean, comfortable, and genuinely relaxing, making it a reasonable option for travellers looking to unwind after a day of sightseeing. A second location has also opened near the night market, giving visitors flexibility depending on where they're staying. Foot massages are available at competitive prices — one visitor noted a one-hour session at 250 baht — making it one of the more affordable options in the area. Experiences vary between therapists, with some visitors praising attentive, professional service and others finding the pressure too light or the technique inconsistent. Requesting a specific pressure level at the start of your session is advisable, though reviews suggest this may not always be accommodated. Good to know: Multiple reviewers have flagged that session time appears to be counted from the moment you arrive rather than from when the treatment begins, meaning the actual massage time can fall short of the advertised hour. Arriving with this in mind and confirming the start time clearly with staff can help avoid disappointment. As no website or published hours are available, calling ahead or visiting in person to check availability is recommended before making a special trip.

Visitor Reviews
I had a one-hour oil massage and it was excellent. The place has a very relaxing atmosphere, clean and comfortable. The therapist was professional, attentive, and made sure everything was adjusted to my needs. The massage was both relaxing and effective, and I left feeling refreshed and renewed. Highly recommended!
They opened a 2nd location right at the night market so this review is for that location. I came on a Friday around 8pm. They had just opened for less than 2 weeks. I got a 1hr foot massage for 250b. It was cheap so I didn’t have high expectations. I would rate the massage 5/10. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Price is cheaper than the rest. But service is so so. Despite us asking them to massage harder, they are unable to fulfil the request. And they keep on taking to each other, lacking focus.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
