Arisara Thai Massage
Located within the Siam Triangle Hotel on Phaholyothin Road, this massage studio offers a range of traditional Thai treatments in a clean, professional setting. The hotel-based environment gives it a more structured feel than a typical street-side parlour, and the range of services extends beyond standard Thai massage to include oil massage, deep tissue work, and body scrubs — with packages available at accessible price points. Visitor experiences are generally positive, with several guests returning for repeat sessions. Reviewers highlight good pressure, attentive stretching techniques, and a pleasant atmosphere. The body scrub and oil massage package has been noted as a worthwhile combination, though the shower facilities are described as basic. As with many massage establishments, therapist quality can vary, so it is worth communicating preferences clearly upon arrival — past guests have found the staff receptive to requests for a different therapist when needed. Good to know: The studio is open every day of the week from 10:00 to 21:00, making it easy to fit into most itineraries. Pricing is straightforward and considered affordable, with a standard Thai massage available at the lower end of the menu. Booking ahead via their Facebook page is recommended, particularly for the evening hours when demand tends to pick up. Arriving a few minutes early allows time to discuss treatment preferences before the session begins.

Visitor Reviews
Ra is the female masseuse you want. I had the male therapist for 15mins and sad to say that he needed more training. The very kind owner allowed me to change to someone more experienced upon me walking out in a robe and had my massage restarted for the 2hrs I paid for. Ra got me to stretch and check my muscle tightness before starting the massage and she made the deep tissue massage one of the best ones I have had in my travels. 10 stars for her! Also, the actual building location as per Google photos is no longer operational. They have moved to a smaller unit just 2mins ride/5mins walk from the original place (first right turn when you start walking towards your left facing the old building). Just use Google Maps for the updated location.
This is a very professional, high quality establishment offering a range of spa services in a beautiful building. I stayed on the low end of the pricing with a traditional Thai massage, and I returned for a similarly-priced massage focusing on neck and shoulders. I was very satisfied with both. These services were maybe twice the price of the cheap massage places you'll find around Chiang Rai, but still inexpensive. Given the high quality, I would definitely recommend.
Great massage. Went twice. The basic 300bht massage was great. Good pressure, nice stretching, great atmosphere. The second was a 90 minute 600 bht massage with oil. Nice but not twice as nice. Very professional and comfortable experience.

Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
