Reviewers describe it as loud, crowded and not especially clean, and the boarding point inside Asiatique is genuinely hard to find. The landmark people use is a bar called Wine I Love You, and the boat pulls in more or less in front of it. If you're chasing a proper river experience, a hop-on hop-off pass will serve you better than this.
I'd also flag the Ferris wheel while I'm here, since most people ride it after arriving: at 600 baht for ten slow minutes behind tinted glass, several visitors felt short-changed.

Very loud and crowded and not very clean However, free and convenient You can get on the ferry right in front of the wine I love you place, and I’ve posted the sign that marks it here
Great idea but too many hidden flaws to make it enjoyable. 1. Extremely hard to find 2. Oh so many people, too many! 3. Food while plentiful was cold 4. Drinks very expensive Im sure there are better cruise options put there!
