Jurassic World: The Experience Bangkok
Situated within the popular Asiatique The Riverfront complex along the Chao Phraya River, this licensed Jurassic World attraction brings the franchise to life through themed environments, lifelike animatronic dinosaurs, and interactive exhibits. It appeals to fans of the films as well as families looking for an engaging indoor activity in Bangkok, with enough detail and care put into the theming to satisfy returning visitors — reviews note that the attraction has undergone notable upgrades since its opening. The experience itself is relatively compact, typically taking around an hour to move through, but the immersive quality of the environments and the attention to franchise-specific details make it worthwhile for Jurassic enthusiasts. Beyond the ticketed exhibition, there are reportedly some free elements within the broader venue area. The surrounding Asiatique complex adds considerable value to the visit, offering dining, shopping, and riverside views that make it easy to extend the outing into a full evening. Good to know: Online booking is recommended, as tickets include a reserved time slot — though arriving slightly early may allow entry into an earlier session. The venue is accessible by Bolt or other ride-hailing services from central Bangkok, and river ferry services also stop at Asiatique. Since specific opening hours are not widely published, checking with Asiatique's main channels before visiting is advisable, particularly on weekdays when the attraction is likely to be quieter.

Visitor Reviews
Highly Recommended! You can buy tickets online and reserve your time slot. We booked for 130pm but we arrived early and they allowed us jump in the 1pm slot. I'm 50 years old and had such a great time! Mainly due to the fact my nine-year old daughter wasn't sure if the dinosaurs were real or not and would make a bolt for exit doors of each area soon as she figured out where they were! The park 'actors' are great fun and know how to get the kids excited! I think the whole experience takes approximately 50 mins, which is good value. You exit the Experience through the obligatory gift shop which is priced as you would expect for a tourist attraction, but nothing too outrageous. When you first arrive you have your photo taken which can be collected at the gift shop in a variety of options. You also get a qr code to go online for further options including videos for a small price. Nice way to end the experience is in the reasonably priced official Restaurant next door called Fossil & Flame. A great addition to Asiatique!
A must do place for any jurassic fans! We took a bolt taxi from Thong lo to here which cost 400b, im sure you can get there cheaper on a BTS tho. We went an a Tuesday at around 16.00, we could easily purchase a ticket (card payment only) and then was able to go straight in! If you can't get straight in then there is plenty of food/drink and shopping outlets nearby or you can just relax at the entrance on the seats provided. All around the experience is brilliant with sounds, props and anamatronics being fantastic! The staff done a great job with the acting and informative guidance to! This is a walk around experience with no seated rides and the whole experience lasts about 30 minutes. The good thing is you are allowed to do pictures and videos to remember your time here! Definitely a place worth visiting while you are in Bangkok, especially for dinosaur fans but also if you dont like dinosaurs as its an enjoyable attraction anyway!
Here is a polished English version suitable for a review: ⸻ Wonderful Free Experiences at JURASSIC WORLD Beyond the ticketed immersive dinosaur exhibition featuring lifelike animatronic creatures, there is also a delightful complimentary area open to visitors. Guests can enjoy photo opportunities with impressive dinosaur displays and relax in a beautifully landscaped riverside garden spanning both the first and second floors. In the early evening, the atmosphere becomes especially enchanting — cool breezes, soft lighting, and a peaceful waterfront setting make it the perfect place to unwind. How to Get There 1. Take the elevator inside the JURASSIC WORLD Fossil & Flame Restaurant building up to the second floor. 2. Or walk up the riverside staircase to access the garden areas on the first and second floors.
Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
