Silhouette Pattaya
Silhouette Pattaya is a rooftop bar and restaurant occupying a warm, intimate space in the Nong Prue area, drawing diners with its blend of Mediterranean, Italian, and seafood cuisine alongside a thoughtfully curated cocktail and wine menu. The venue has built a strong following among both couples and groups looking for an evening out that balances elegant surroundings with a relaxed, sociable atmosphere. Visitors consistently highlight the creative signature cocktails — the "Call Me Farang" with guava is a popular recommendation — alongside standout desserts such as the tiramisu Thai tea. The food is noted for being as visually appealing as it is flavourful, and the rooftop setting adds a sense of occasion without feeling overly formal. The kitchen and service team have also earned praise for going the extra mile on special occasions, including complimentary desserts for anniversaries and well-dressed tables for events like Valentine's Day. Silhouette opens daily at 3pm and operates until midnight, making it well-suited for a long evening rather than a quick lunch stop. On busy nights and holidays, food service can be slower due to high demand, so arriving with time to spare and a relaxed mindset is advisable. For those planning a celebration or special occasion, contacting the venue in advance is a practical step, as the team appears attentive to marking these moments. No website is currently listed, so reaching out directly through available channels before visiting is recommended to confirm reservations and current menu offerings.

Visitor Reviews
Must visit! The atmosphere feels warm and relaxed, perfect for chilling with friends or a date night. The drinks are unique and creative. Would recommend "Called Me Farang" a perfect crisp of guava slushy.🍸 The interior is stylish and well-designed, making the whole place feel special. Service was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Definitely a spot I’d come back to again 💛
This place is amazing and perfect!! My anniversary was full filled with amazing food, great service and stunning decorations. I got a very beautiful desert on the house for my anniversary!! Such a sweet place and sweet people. I appreciated what you’ve done for us🙏🏻 definitely come back 100%
I came for dinner on Valentine’s Day and found that the atmosphere and decorations at the restaurant were very lovely. I understand that the food was served slowly due to the large number of customers. I think I will come back again.

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
