Columbia Pictures Aquaverse
Columbia Pictures Aquaverse is a large-scale water and amusement park located south of central Pattaya in Na Chom Thian, built around a Hollywood cinematic theme that runs throughout its rides and installations. The park caters to a wide range of ages and interests, anchored by a big lagoon wave pool, adrenaline-focused flumes, and gentler water rides for younger children. Beyond the water attractions, visitors can also enjoy go-karting, a surf teaching area, and miniature golf, making it a practical full-day destination for families and mixed-age groups. Rides are relatively new and well-maintained, and locker facilities are available for storing belongings while guests are on the water. The atmosphere is lively and generally manageable, with sun loungers spread throughout the grounds and multiple food and drink outlets operating inside the park. Staff are consistently noted for being helpful and approachable, which eases navigation of what is a sizeable venue. Queues tend to be shorter on weekdays and during off-peak months, with some visitors in late January reporting minimal wait times. Good to know: pre-booking tickets through platforms such as Klook is strongly recommended and can reduce the entry price significantly — foreign adult admission bought in advance runs around 900 THB, roughly half the walk-up rate, and occasional buy-one-get-one promotions can cut costs further. The park sits at kilometre marker 888 on Sukhumvit Road and is accessible by car or taxi from Pattaya. Arriving early helps secure a good spot near the pools before crowds build, and sun protection is advisable given the amount of time spent outdoors.

Visitor Reviews
Amazing Water Park, all the rides are pretty New and clean installations. Also there is a lookers to put your belongings away . We had a blast back in late January 2025 no waiting for the rides . Definitely coming back to beautiful Thailand 🇹🇭.
Really enjoyed our day. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Big lagoon wave pool. Kid friendly flume area. Adult and more grown up flumes. Go karts. Small surf teaching area plenty food and drink options and some enyertaining shows. You get a locker and changing and shower facilities are decent you load credit onto wristband and can get refunds at end of day. We went midweek when weather not great so no queues and had a great day. Now for the park owners as I really want this place to succeed. Getting in...despite only 10 people in the queue this was not a good experience and could be easily sorted. Cost...is reasonable I would charge a little more and run buses to and from Pattaya and Jomtein and spend a bit on maintenance. Changing and locker facilities...explain these better and advertise these get in walkin dryers too. The store...enter via store so people can get the shoe/socks and things on way in not on way out and sell waterproof phone holders. Pictures...take digital pics on the rides for sale I was surprised at this miss. All in all this is a great place that could easily be excellent with a little care and attention from owners.
We recommend booking via klook, they do buy one get one free so cost us 1590 baht for both of us. There are some great rides here, even for adults, plenty of sun loungers too. We went on a Saturday and we walked on to most of the rides without a queue. Locker hire is 300 baht and you can rent a towel for 200 baht (refundable). The downside for us is you cannot take any food or drink inside, even water bottles so you have to pay expensive prices for these. Water is only 30 baht but a burger without fries is around 600 baht! Overall, it was a great day and we spent around 6 hours here, just be mindful of these prices.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
