Stay past midnight and it turns into a club. Both versions are worth having, but they're not the same night out, so decide which one you came for before you set off.

The crowd is a mix of Pattaya regulars and people passing through, and it doesn't feel like a place built purely for tourists. That matters more than it sounds. If you want somewhere that hasn't been sanded down for the visitor market but still has an easy way in for a first-timer, this fits. If you want quiet, go elsewhere in this city, or come early and leave by eleven.
