Pin-Up A GO GO

Know what you're walking into and this one's fine. It's a go-go bar on Walking Street, which means dancers, volume, cold drinks and a room built for anything but conversation. If that's not your evening, it will not be won over by giving it a chance. If it is, this is the format Pattaya invented and still does at full tilt.

Doors open at 20:00, but arriving then means sitting in a half-empty room while the street outside is still warming up. Ten or eleven is when the strip actually fills, and the bar runs until 04:00, so there's no rush. My advice for first-timers is to walk the length of Walking Street once before committing to anywhere. The venues sit shoulder to shoulder and you'll get a feel for which door you actually want to go through. Address is 547/18, roughly mid-strip, easy enough to spot.
