Pra Ni Ta Massage & Spa Pattaya ปราณิตานวดไทย.&สปา พัทยา
Pra Ni Ta Massage & Spa sits in the Nong Prue area of Muang Pattaya and has built a loyal following among both first-time visitors and returning guests. The salon specialises in traditional Thai massage and foot massage, with multiple masseuses on staff who are consistently praised for their knowledge of technique and ability to target muscle tension and soreness. The fact that families and couples return for repeat visits speaks to the reliability of the experience across different therapists, not just one standout practitioner. Guests can expect a professional, no-fuss setting focused on therapeutic treatments rather than luxury trappings. Thai massage and foot massage are the core offerings, and reviewers frequently highlight the effectiveness of the work rather than just the ambience. It caters comfortably to couples and families, making it a practical choice for groups with varying preferences, from deep-tissue relief to more gentle foot treatments. Good to know: Opening hours are not listed online, so it is worth calling ahead or stopping by in person to confirm availability before making the trip. As with most reputable massage shops in Pattaya, visiting during off-peak daytime hours can help secure a preferred masseuse. Comfortable, loose clothing is recommended, though the salon will typically provide appropriate attire for table treatments.

Visitor Reviews
Thai massage shops are much of a muchness in Pattaya - most are fairly decent, a few are slightly dodgy but the key to a great massage is finding a very good masseuse - at Pra Ni Ta 3 I found my forever masseuse. I tried Pra Ni Ta on the off-chance the last time I drifted through Pattaya and luckily for me it was Bua who delivered the massage, and it was, quite possibly, the best foot massage I have ever had. I run quite a bit and I had a few niggles and Bua managed to find them all - amazing. I returned two more times on this particular trip and each massage was a as good as the last. I will return in a week, hopefully the excellent Bua is still working here.
Me and my wife have had massages from several masseuses at this salon, and all of them are very knowledgeable. They have good skills and techniques to relieve muscle tension. Both of us have had back injuries but we were very satisfied with our experiences here and felt relaxed after each treatment. We would specially recommend two of them Nat (owner) and Oil. I would strongly recommend this salon.
this is the second time we family come here. Clis( I thought) and and another lady(lady here are all great!!) doing great thai massage for me and my wife, while my father are enjoying his foot massage. They are all great. I will always choose here.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
