Luxury Farm House Pai
Compare prices
Nestled in the Mae Hi district just outside the lively centre of Pai, Luxury Farm House Pai offers a collection of thoughtfully designed private bungalows set within a peaceful, nature-filled property. The accommodation strikes a balance between comfort and rustic charm, with each bungalow featuring considered interiors, quality furnishings, and enough privacy between units to create a genuinely secluded atmosphere. Guests are welcomed with cold towels and fresh pineapple juice on arrival, setting the tone for the attentive, personal service that runs throughout the stay. The property is home to farm animals and lush greenery, giving it a distinctly relaxed character that sets it apart from more conventional hotel stays. Bungalows are well-equipped and tastefully decorated, and the on-site breakfast receives consistent praise from guests. The combination of warm hospitality — with staff frequently singled out by name in reviews — and a tranquil setting makes it a popular choice for travellers looking to decompress without straying too far from Pai's restaurants and night market. For those who want easy access to town, the property is within walking distance of central Pai, making it straightforward to explore on foot without sacrificing the calm of the surrounding countryside. Given the small number of bungalows and the property's popularity, booking well in advance is advisable, particularly during the cooler season between November and February when Pai sees its highest visitor numbers. The official website lists current resort offers and is the most reliable place to check availability and rates.

Visitor Reviews
This was a true reprieve from the bustling streets of Pai. Film made us feel welcome from the first moment we stepped on the property, until we said our good-byes a couple days later. The bungalows are well thought out, and despite having neighbors and being opposite the hostel house, we never heard any loud noises. The people staying here value the quiet serenity this place offers. Our bed was so comfy, we still talk about it! The breakfast buffet had select delicacies and very fresh options for all types of diets. We loved that local offers were available, like fresh pineapple and hot chicken rice soup.
We loved our stay here, I am used to pretty rustic accommodation in Thailand, and this felt like quite the treat. We got cold towels and pineapple juice offered by the concierge upon arrival. Our bed was decorated with flowers in a design. Breakfast is included, continental style, but it is quite fresh and good. The bungalows are adorable and comfortable, and all different sizes. There is a flower garden and pond with ducks, geese, and rabbits. It is a wonderful place to stay. They also have sunset cocktails for 100 baht. It is a 5 min walk to town. Would definitely recommend staying here in Pai.
We had an amazing stay at Luxury Farm House 🤍 The little houses are absolutely beautiful, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. It’s such a joy to be surrounded by nature and animals in such a peaceful setting. The staff is incredibly kind, always smiling and attentive. We could have spent the entire day by the pond with the ducks, the sheep and the cats… we honestly didn’t want to leave! If you’re looking for a quiet place to recharge and disconnect from the noise and busy life… this is the perfect spot ✨🌿 Merci beaucoup 🤍
