Compare prices
Tucked away in the quieter Chaweng Noi area of Koh Samui, Sukkho Samui Estates operates as a boutique villa and apartment-style property, offering a more private and relaxed alternative to the busier resorts along central Chaweng Beach. The estate suits couples, small groups, and multi-couple holidays equally well, with guests consistently highlighting the attentive, hands-on hosting, daily housekeeping, and well-maintained accommodations as standout features of their stay. The property leans into leisure and comfort, with guests particularly recommending the floating breakfast experience — featuring fresh fruit, croissants, and more — as a memorable highlight. Views from the estate draw frequent praise, and the overall atmosphere is calm and unhurried. The location sits slightly uphill from the main beach strips, which keeps the surroundings peaceful while still allowing reasonable access to Koh Samui's restaurants, beaches, and activities. Fine dining is also associated with the property, suggesting on-site or closely affiliated food options worth exploring during a stay. Good to know: the estate's front desk operates daily from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, so guests arriving outside these hours should arrange access in advance by contacting the property directly. Koh Samui's dry season runs from roughly December through February, making this the most popular and weather-reliable window to visit. Booking well ahead during this period is advisable. For current villa availability, pricing, and package options including the floating breakfast, the official website at sukkhosamuiestates.com is the most reliable starting point.

Visitor Reviews
We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it very easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The location was also great and convenient for exploring the surrounding area. What truly made the experience special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were always welcoming, attentive, and ready to assist with anything needed. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality created a warm atmosphere that made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing stay with excellent service. We would be happy to return in the future.
We loved our stay at Sukkho estates! For the price point, you can’t beat the view and quality of stay. Highly recommend getting the floating breakfast (fresh fruit, croissants and more) and doing the private chef dinner! Both were highlights for my family and made the experience feel truly unique. We also did the in villa massage to complete our trip! Only downside (which the resort can’t control) was the road noise. It can be heard pretty clearly from the villa at all times of the day. Overall, we would gladly come back and stay here again! Highly recommend checking out this unique stay and trying the culinary expertise their in-house chef has.
We had an amazing stay at Villa Sukkho in Koh Samui and can really recommend it. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Every request we had was taken seriously, and he always tried his best to make everything possible. He was also very supportive with local tips and recommendations, which made our experience even better. The view from the villa is absolutely breathtaking. Overall, everything about our stay was fantastic. We felt very comfortable and well taken care of.

Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Book Shoulder Season
May–June and September–October offer dramatic discounts (30–50% off peak rates) with fewer crowds. Weather is mixed but rarely a washout — afternoon showers clear quickly.
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
