Dolly Beach House by Yudee Assets
Tucked away in the peaceful residential community of Baan Suksamran in Hua Hin, Dolly Beach House by Yudee Assets is a newly renovated three-storey beach house surrounded by flowers and lush greenery. Managed by Yudee Assets, the property is designed with a comfortable, luxurious aesthetic that lends itself well to multigenerational families or groups of friends looking for a home-away-from-home experience rather than a standard hotel stay. Guests can expect a fully equipped interior with thoughtful touches — reviewers specifically note the well-stocked setup down to practical details like a rice cooker. The spacious living area has proven a natural gathering spot for board games and casual entertaining, while the overall design leans toward a relaxed, mid-range luxurious feel. The host is noted for being attentive and personally welcoming, taking time to orient new arrivals on arrival. For those considering a booking, the property suits extended stays and is well-suited to groups who want shared communal space alongside private comfort. As this is a private holiday house rather than a large hotel, availability is likely limited, so booking in advance through the Yudee Assets website is advisable, particularly during Thai public holidays and the cooler high season months of November through February when Hua Hin sees its heaviest visitor traffic.

Visitor Reviews
Dolly Beach House was a real treat for our family. The House is in a quiet community, Baan Suksamran, surrounded by flowers and lush green plants. It’s amazing to find this three-storey beach house so spotlessly clean in every corner and so tastefully designed. It has a modern, fully equipped kitchen for those who prefer to cook (Nespresso coffee machine and supply of clean water provided!). Situated near the city Centre we can also order food online with deliveries in minutes. A short walk down towards the beach and we had the whole swimming pool to ourselves right next to the beach! Continue down and a beautiful white beach is there before us! There are total of four bedrooms that can accommodate 2-4 families. Most of all, we loved the comfy beds with all white bed-sheets and towels. I would recommend this wonderful place to families who are seeking a great and memorable holiday. The unit is pet friendly.
Visited the holiday house with my friends last weekend, amazing stay! Apart from the cozy design, we found ourselves playing boardgames and having a small party in the living area and it was perfect. The beds were so comfortable as well. Plus, it's such a short walk to the beach and the private pool. A must come for at least a night's stay at Hua Hin, we absolutely recommend it.
Truly amazing experience! The place is exactly as was advertised, newly renovated and has everything you’ll ever need. Even the rice cooker! The host is lovely and helpful, took her own time to show us around, suggested places to visit, restaurants etc. Highly recommended
Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Book Shoulder Season
May–June and September–October offer dramatic discounts (30–50% off peak rates) with fewer crowds. Weather is mixed but rarely a washout — afternoon showers clear quickly.
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
