Compare prices
Cae Villa Hua Hin offers a collection of private villas designed for travellers seeking a quiet, comfortable retreat in one of Thailand's most popular seaside towns. Each villa features spacious, well-furnished interiors, personal plunge pools, and a clean, carefully maintained environment that lends itself to genuine relaxation. In-room dining and spa treatments add a layer of convenience for guests who prefer to stay close to the property during their visit. The location works well for those who want easy access to both local life and leisure. The property sits roughly 100 metres from the railway market and within a short distance of Villa Market and the main street, making it simple to explore on foot or by bicycle. The beach and a range of restaurants are also nearby, giving guests the flexibility to venture out or simply unwind at the villa. Guests travelling as couples or in small groups consistently highlight the sense of privacy and the quality of the furnishings, particularly the comfort of the beds. Visitors with an interest in exploring Hua Hin's larger markets should note that a bicycle ride of around 15 minutes covers the distance comfortably. Booking directly through the property's website is worth considering to confirm availability and any current packages, as the villa-style layout means the number of units is limited. The staff receive consistent praise for attentiveness and professionalism, which makes a practical difference for guests staying longer than a few nights.

Visitor Reviews
Location: near city centre. About 100 metres from railway market a little more to villa market and the main Street. Take about 15 minutes on bicycle to large markets. This hotel is for people coming to enjoy eating, strolling through markets, and mingling in slower pace living. Service: staff are friendly and are always at the front desk even later in the night. We had some chit chat with a few of them too. Room: size about 120 SQM., almost there times the size of rooms in other hotels. You get small private pool, large bathroom, dining area for two. The room is great for people who don't plan to go to the sea much. Bath: you have liquid soap, shampoo, hairdryer, bathrobes for bath. Shower is inside but bath tub is outdoor. Sleep: 4 pillows and very soft 185 cm wide bed. Air conditioner is on a small side so it takes 10-15 to cool the room this large. There is no humidity not odour from it so it's good one. Food & drinks: the room provides 2 350cc water bottles, instant coffee, and a few things for free. Snacks are at normal price. Ordering food is also at market price. We didn't order as we are only 10 minutes away from all the food so we can't comment about how good it is. Amenities: the hotel does not have shared area. They do have bicycles to borrow at no costs. Parking lot holds only ten cars, equal to the number of rooms. Note that the entrance area is gravel floor, so wheelchairs might have some difficulties. Price: the price is about 50% of seaside hotels like Sheraton and one third or so of the inner city ones like Continental. They accept bookings from agency websites and also direct bookings. Cash, QR, and credit cards accepted.
“Truly awesome” Awesome place for shopping, relaxing, sightseeing, pretty much whatever you want to do. The house is big with good furniture and nice amenities. And the bed is by far the best I've tried in Thailand - soft but supportive. The staff is pure gold and very kind. Good parking. We even got a small Christmas present as well as a free platter of fruit. Did not try the breakfast as there are a lot cheaper options around

Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Book Shoulder Season
May–June and September–October offer dramatic discounts (30–50% off peak rates) with fewer crowds. Weather is mixed but rarely a washout — afternoon showers clear quickly.
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
