I spent my vacation time on this hotel with my friends. The resort have more package activity to use the time together and package onsen hot spring for relax healthy. The room clean and comfort. Service is good. Food both breakfast and dinner are good too. Location is good for travel to hotel. Hotel has more big trees for relax my eye. Overall I happy to stay here.

AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!!! On the website put in our dates, then the computer changed them to other dates (turns out the dates we wanted were booked due to large event nearby). This was recognized immediately, but we were told that since it was booked as "nonrefundable," there was nothing to do. We called 3-4 times, were always told that they would check, but never called back. Because of a lack of communication by phone, we WENT IN PERSON, but were treated poorly and again told that they would "check with the main office" and we would be called back. The main person helping us would not give us his name, just reassured us that someone would call us back.
