Kanna Pool Villa คันนา พูลวิลล่า
Nestled in the rural surroundings of San Sai district, just outside Chiang Mai city, Kanna Pool Villa offers guests exclusive use of a fully private villa complete with its own swimming pool. The property is designed for those seeking a quiet escape from the city, with open countryside views and a peaceful atmosphere that sets it apart from standard hotel stays. Villas are modern and well-appointed, featuring multiple ensuite bedrooms — including a master suite with both a separate shower and bath — making the property particularly well suited to families and small groups travelling together. The private pool is consistently highlighted as a standout feature, giving guests the freedom to swim and relax on their own schedule regardless of the weather. The surrounding countryside setting keeps things tranquil, though the access road is notably narrow, which is worth bearing in mind for those arriving by larger vehicle. Staff are described by guests as friendly and attentive throughout. Practical note: the reservation office operates daily from 09:00 to 17:00, so prospective guests should plan enquiries and bookings within those hours. The villa is located in Tambon San Phranet, Amphoe San Sai, roughly a short drive from central Chiang Mai. Visiting the official website at kannavilla.com is recommended to confirm villa availability, pricing, and any current offers before booking.

Visitor Reviews
Fantastic deal for a whole villa including pool. The staff are very accommodating and tried their very best to make our stay as pleasant as possible. These villas are especially well suited for people with their own car, as it is located some distance outside the city - but the family who rented next door got a good rental car deal with the help of the staff, and although we never tried, app taxis also seem to be an option. The rooms are clean, the kids could not get enough of the pool, and the location in the middle of rice fields surrounded by mountains makes for amazing sunsets. Highly recommended!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The villa is modern, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable trip. The private pool was definitely the highlight—we spent hours relaxing and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. The location is perfect—not far from town, so it’s easy to explore Chiang Mai, but still away enough to feel private and quiet. The villa had plenty of space for our group, and the BBQ area made for a fun evening by the pool. Whether you're visiting with family or friends, this place is perfect for a relaxing getaway. We loved it so much and can’t wait to visit again!
We had a great time at Kanna Villa. The rooms were immaculate with each having a ensuite shower and the master with a separate shower and bath. We came during the rainy season so having a personal pool plus a pool table meant we were not bored when it was raining. The location meant we were able to get around using Grab and Bolt to all the local attractions plus some more distance one’s and we didn’t have to deal with the noise and congestion of Chiang Mai. Definitely excellent value for money.
