Absolutely exceptional experience! We missed the departure time of the main boat for the tour, but Nittaya went above and beyond to help us. She quickly arranged a private longtail boat that brought us directly to the tour boat—an unforgettable adventure in itself! Thank you to the entire Phuket Dream Company team for the excellent organization of the excursion from Phuket to Krabi. Everything went perfectly, and the islands were absolutely stunning. All the staff were friendly, smiling, and extremely kind. I highly recommend this company 100%.
This review was nearly 5/5, but unfortunately they deserve in 2/5 for ghosting me after the boat they arranged broke down. We booked a private luxury long tail boat, the boat was great and the guide (Jasmine) was fantastic. Unfortunately the boat broke down half way through the trip so we needed to hitch a lift with another boat to the next island and eventually they found a basic boat to take us back to our the hotel. I expected at least an apology from the Phuket Dream Company but instead when I sent a message to ask if they were aware of the issue with the boat they just ignored me. I think companies show their true colours when there are issues and unfortunately their lack of communication shows their lack of respect for customers
