An amazing experience at Time for Lime and truly our favourite experience we’ve had in Thailand! We kicked off with a super cocktail making class with Olivia and met some of the dogs at the shelter. Cocktails were VERY good and Olivia was a fantastic host!! We moved onto the cooking course with Noi who was a superb host, cracking lots of jokes along the way. Noi ensured the steps were easy to follow and supported us all throughout the course. He was funny, engaging and informative on Thai cuisine. The experience wouldn’t be what it was without the kitchen ninjas either who cleaned up so promptly after each section/course. Just brilliant !! I cannot recommend this experience enough!! And all for an excellent cause! Thank you all again!
I don't even like to cook usually and still loved the experience! Our chef teacher didn't only explain everything super well but was also super funny and nice. The food we made was one of the best that I ever had, no doubt, also related to the super high quality ingridients provided You learn how to do different meals and get a thorough explanation document sent to your mail also after the class, so you won't forget anything - they even have advice on what good Thai brands to buy in Europe! One of the best experienced we had in Thailand and even better that it also supports the Animal Welfare of the island. 😊 PS: Also very vegetarian and vegan friendly, they really pay attention to this!
Love this class! Decided to do this in a whim and had a lovely time with Junie making yummy cocktails while learning about Thai culture. Then the cooking class with Noi was so fun! He's an amazing cook but equally an amazing comedic storyteller. We were laughing and learning the whole time. Meeting Thomas the dog was the cherry on top. Great way for the rescue to generate revenue for a great cause. Definitely recommend
