Serenity Spa at La Green Hotel & Residence
Serenity Spa sits within La Green Hotel & Residence in the Thalang district of northern Phuket, offering a calm retreat from the busier resort areas further south. The spa draws repeat visitors, with several guests booking multiple sessions during a single stay — a reliable indicator of consistent quality. Both hotel residents and outside guests are welcome, making it a convenient option for those based anywhere in the Cherngtalay area. Treatments are rooted in traditional Thai spa practice, with Thai massage forming the core of the offering. Visitor packages have included combinations of Thai massage and additional treatments, providing good value for those looking to spend more than a single session. The spa rooms are noted for their comfort, the atmosphere is quiet and well-considered, and the music is specifically called out as enhancing rather than distracting from the experience. Front-of-house service is consistently described as warm and attentive, and therapists are recognised for both their skill and their care. It is worth noting that one reviewer describes the massage as a solid, proper experience rather than a transformative one, so expectations should be calibrated accordingly — this is a well-run spa offering dependable, high-quality treatments rather than an extravagant luxury destination. As treatment menus are not listed publicly, contacting La Green Hotel & Residence directly before visiting is advisable. Advance booking is recommended, particularly during Phuket's peak tourist season between November and April.

Reviews from Google
I absolutely loved my treatments here—the massage was amazing, the therapist was skilled and kind, and the spa bed was incredibly comfortable. I enjoyed it so much that I booked twice! The spa room itself is top-notch, well-equipped, and spotless. Booking was easy, and the prices were very reasonable. I also adored the little extras—the rubber shoes were so nice that I bought two pairs, and I loved the Thai incense products for sale. The gym and fitness classes were great, and the staff was wonderful. Two improvements that would make it perfect: 1️⃣ Relocate the spa away from the pool – The noise was distracting and took away from the relaxation. 2️⃣ Expand the yoga terrace & add shade – The current space is too small and gets uncomfortably hot, especially in the afternoon sun. A larger, shaded area would make classes much more enjoyable. Despite these small issues, I had an amazing experience and would definitely return—especially if these changes were made! Highly recommend for the treatments and service.
The atmosphere, service, and massage here are truly exceptional. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The music perfectly complements the relaxing ambiance. The massage left me completely rejuvenated, easing all the tension in my muscles, and the face massage was absolutely extraordinary—unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. Everything is impeccably clean and well-maintained. Simply amazing!
The lady at the front office has an excellent customer service. The massage on the other hand is standard but proper, nothing life-changing. I had a lot of massage but this one is an okay relaxing experience. The room and the ambiance is very proper with relaxing light and aroma therapy. The massage and the sauna feels rushing and my tea is cold at the end of the massage. Will I be back? Maybe but i hope next time will have better therapists.

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
