Top class massage shop. I've been to many massage shops and would highly recommend Tiger. Staff are extremely friendly and the general atmosphere is very relaxing. Most importantly the quality of the massages is extremely high. I've had Thai, Oil and Foot, all of which were excellent. All masseuses were exceptional but a special mention for BB, Soor and Loi Ning. If near Walking Street definitely give them a try 👍

During the massage, excessive force was applied, including forceful stepping and stomping on my back. This resulted in physical injury that required medical treatment at a hospital and medication prescribed by a doctor after leaving your shop. This is not a matter of opinion, but a factual consequence of the service provided. A professional business should listen to feedback, take responsibility, and prioritize customer safety. Refusing to accept reality and responding with accusations only reinforces the lack of professionalism shown throughout the entire experience. Based on both the service received and the owner’s inappropriate response, this business demonstrates serious deficiencies in customer care and professional conduct, and should carefully reconsider whether it is fit to continue operating without significant improvement.
