Feel Flow
Tucked along Soi Selakam in central Hua Hin, Feel Flow operates as both a massage spa and café, making it a genuinely versatile stop for travellers. The spa side draws visitors seeking traditional Thai therapies, with treatments ranging from deep tissue massage to foot scrubs and foot massage. The atmosphere is clean and calm, with soft spa music setting a relaxing tone, and the therapists are noted for their skill and attentiveness. Guests recovering from long beach days or physical strain have found the treatments genuinely restorative. The café element is a notable and somewhat unexpected feature. Feel Flow serves quality coffee that has earned a loyal local following, with the hot café latte regularly praised as among the stronger and better-value options in Hua Hin. This combination of wellness treatments and good coffee makes it a practical and pleasant place to linger, whether stopping in for a quick drink or settling in for a full treatment session. Good to know: Feel Flow welcomes walk-ins, and several visitors have dropped in spontaneously while passing through the neighbourhood. That said, booking ahead is advisable during peak season to secure preferred treatment times. Opening hours and pricing are not listed online, so contacting the venue directly before visiting is recommended. The location near Soi 74 and the Subhamit area puts it within easy reach of the beach and central Hua Hin accommodation.

Visitor Reviews
Probably one of the best massages I have ever gotten in Thailand. The place is clean and tranquil, the soft spa music in the background is relaxing, the ladies are all very kind, knowledgeable and professional. They also sell drinks like Coffee and Thai Tea and you can enjoy it while getting a foot massage. At the end of the massage I got offered a complimentary cup of hot tea. All in all a great experience. I will return.
Dropped in walking by. Had footscrub and footmassage. Staff is super friendly and both the foot scrub and foot massage was extremely good. I was a bit nervous before the footscrub when I saw the foot planer, but the therapist was really good and made me relax. Will definitely go back. Highly recommended. Prices are good. 250 Baht for foot scrup and 250 Baht for 1 hr foot massage. Thank you!
I have had coffee here many times over the years. They make the best coffee in Hua Hin, hands down. Their café latte ron (hot latte) is strong and priced right. It's located on soi 74 near the Subhamitra Hotel, near the clock tower and the Starbucks on Petchkasem. Three minute walk from the night market on soi 72. The owner and barista is Fiat, friendly
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
