Outlet Village Krabi

3.7(1,343 reviews)

Situated on Phet Kasem Road in central Krabi, this outlet shopping centre carries a mix of international brands — including Vans and Converse — alongside local clothing labels and casual apparel. Prices on some items can be lower than what travellers would pay at larger malls in Phuket or Bangkok, which is the primary draw for visitors passing through the area.

Expectations are worth calibrating before the trip. The complex is considerably smaller inside than its exterior suggests, with compact individual stores and a selection that skews toward everyday casualwear rather than a broad or premium range. Visitor experiences vary: some shoppers leave satisfied with a discounted T-shirt or pair of shoes, while others have reported concerns about product quality and authenticity. The atmosphere is functional and no-frills rather than a polished retail destination.

Open daily from 10:00 to 19:00, the mall is straightforward to fold into a broader day around Krabi town. Weekday mornings tend to be the quietest time to browse. Travellers who get the most from a visit are those with specific, modest shopping goals rather than those expecting a full outlet experience. Those prioritising authentic local markets or a wider retail selection may find better alternatives elsewhere in the region.

Reviews from Google

Was surprised that they have many global brands like Vans or Converse for really good prices. Also great shirt designs and local brands. It's larger than expected though not comparable to American super-large outlets. Don't expect that but give it a try! Frankly it needs to be mentioned that some of the stuff is contraband!

Every thing good but not affordable

Don’t go here. Pretty sure all the products are fake but selling at premium prices. I bought a pair of Vans shoes and they’re completely falling apart 2 weeks after purchase. Don’t go here.

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls

Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.

Arrive Early or Late

Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.

Be Cautious with Tailors

Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
