P&T Guesthouse & Restaurant
Situated in the Bophut area of Koh Samui, P&T Guesthouse & Restaurant operates as a budget hostel and guesthouse with an on-site restaurant, offering a practical base for travellers who prioritise value and convenience over luxury. The property sits in one of the island's quieter neighbourhoods, away from the busier beach strips, making it a reasonable choice for those seeking a calmer environment while still having access to local amenities. The restaurant is a genuine highlight, with visitors consistently praising the food quality and affordability, as well as the relaxed atmosphere it provides. Budget rooms are straightforward and clean, with housekeeping attending daily, though facilities are minimal by design. The front desk staff are frequently noted for their friendliness and willingness to assist with travel arrangements, including tours and onward transport connections to destinations like Ang Thong National Marine Park and Khao Sok. Prospective guests should be aware that budget rooms are very basic, offering a bed and limited storage, so travellers accustomed to standard hotel amenities may find them lacking. Reviews suggest the hostel experience can be inconsistent, so reading recent feedback before booking is advisable. The property is open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Current availability and room options can be checked via the Facebook page linked on the listing. Booking ahead during peak season, roughly November through February, is recommended.

Visitor Reviews
Me and my friend didnt actually stay here but we went everyday the staff are soooo friendly!! They helped us book a trip to Ang Thong which was amazing and also our bus to Kao sok which was great. We rented a bike for 200tbh which is very reasonable. Their food is also reasonably priced and delicious. We can't thank them enough for their wonderful hospitality, great team thank you so much ❤️
Stayed at a budget room during nye Room - very basic coz it's budget so not complaining. had only a bed and some hooks to hang your clothes. Could have added a table to keep your things else you will need to keep your things on the floor. Ac worked well. No windows Location - very close to the fisherman's night market (assuming you have a motorbike) has a 7/11 300m away Food - this was by far the best pad thai and fried rice we have had in all of thailand (not exaggerating) if you like your pad thai a bit sweet and flavourful this is it. Had it on both days, didn't go wrong. Place also has so many cute kittens and cats. Overall a chill place. People - good folks who manage the place. Just be nice and smile and ppl will reciprocate.
The restaurant here I would happily give 5 stars - the food was consistently incredible and really affordable, and it had a nice vibe. The hostel, however, we booked two nights and ended up leaving after one. The room was not the cleanest and our bathroom was really gross. You could tell it had not been cleaned in a while, on top of people also not being respectful/hygienic. The bed was uncomfortable and I was bitten to death through the night. That said, the staff were nice and let us leave our bags with them, but overall we did not want to stay the second night and would not go back.
