Tiger Park Pattaya
Tiger Park Pattaya offers visitors the chance to interact directly with tigers ranging from small cubs to large adults, with structured sessions that include supervised petting, photography, and enclosure access. Situated along Sukhumvit Road in Pattaya, the park draws travellers looking for a hands-on wildlife encounter beyond the typical zoo visit. A safari car ride through the tiger garden is also available, allowing guests to observe tigers moving more freely within a larger habitat area. Visitors can choose from different experience tiers based on tiger size, with each session accompanied by park staff and, in many cases, dedicated photographers who capture the interaction. Sessions with medium and large tigers tend to feel especially immersive given the sheer size of the animals. Staff are noted for guiding guests through safety procedures and keeping the experience feeling managed without being overly rushed. The park is open daily from 9am to 6pm, making morning visits a practical choice before the midday heat sets in. Booking specific tiger size packages in advance is recommended, as session availability can be limited and wait times of 15 to 20 minutes before entering an enclosure are common. Tiger Park Pattaya is located close to the Pattaya Marriott Resort and Spa, and a free shuttle bus connection makes it accessible without needing private transport. Visitors with ethical concerns about captive wildlife interactions should research the park's practices beforehand to decide whether this experience aligns with their values.

Visitor Reviews
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Tiger Park Pattaya. I booked a small tiger with photography and also a safari tour- we weren’t disappointed. We had 2 photographers during our session (my husband and myself) and we were able to pat, stoke and enjoy time with the tiger. As the next session group hadn’t arrived, we were asked if we would like to visit with another tiger - of course we said yes !! So we were lucky enough to have extra time with a second tiger. The safari tour was good, you are in a safe and secure golf cart driving though the tigers enclosures where you can see them just relaxing and enjoying some fresh grass and natural surroundings. Other pens and holding pens are quite small and concrete only, which is sad to see that not all tigers have the same space and room to move. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here, and my husband loved the iced coffee from the cafe !!
We booked tickets for the medium-sized tiger, and it took about 15–20 minutes before we were allowed to enter the enclosure. The experience itself was surreal. Even the medium tiger was powerfully built, which makes the larger and giant tigers even more impressive. The park is well-organized and includes a small cafeteria, along with a professional photographer using a DSLR for pictures. Everything was managed smoothly, and the staff ensured the process was seamless. Overall, a very well-run and memorable experience.
Absolutely beautiful tigers! Lots of personal photo opportunities alongside being able to give them a pat and hug. The staff were very friendly and made us feel safe and took care of us very well. There were no signs of sedation as they walked around and were active, and they weren’t declawed or defanged. They were treated well by the staff. The cages are quite small for them however.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
