The Oasis Sauna
Tucked away on Soi Khao Talo 4 in Pattaya, this spa facility offers a well-rounded wellness experience that goes beyond a basic sauna. Reviewers consistently highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the sauna and steam rooms, along with a cold plunge pool chilled to around 9–10 degrees Celsius — bracing enough that most visitors only stay in briefly. The recently renovated facilities show no signs of wear, and the calm, thoughtfully managed atmosphere makes it a genuine retreat from Pattaya's busier coastal areas. On-site food is also available, making it easy to settle in for a longer visit.
The venue draws both tourists and locals seeking a proper wellness session rather than a quick treatment. The hamam area receives particular praise for being spacious and clean, and the attentive maintenance — including a thorough evening clean-up by staff — reflects a consistent standard of upkeep that repeat visitors appreciate.
Open every day from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM, the venue suits a range of schedules, whether visitors prefer an early morning session or an evening wind-down. Arriving before the evening rush allows for a more relaxed experience. Guests are advised to bring or wear sandals and to shower before entering the sauna areas in line with standard spa etiquette. No website is currently listed, so it is worth contacting the venue directly or visiting in person to confirm any session fees or specific services before making the trip.

Reviews from Google
This place is fantastic, with a prime location that’s easy to access. The sauna area is spotless and recently renovated, showing no signs of mold or wear, which makes for a refreshing and comfortable experience. The pool is impeccably clean, adding to the overall sense of hygiene and care in the facility. What really stood out was the spacious and pristine steam room, perfect for unwinding. There aren’t too many people, so it feels calm and not overcrowded, allowing for a relaxing visit. For me, the highlight is the incredibly cold plunge pool—an absolute game-changer! The icy water is so invigorating, it feels like a burst of endorphins washing away stress and cortisol, leaving you with a sense of pure bliss. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, serene, and rejuvenating sauna experience!
Very Good Sauna 👍🏻 have many facilities Premium Relax and Clean . I love this place 💙
Nice clean place with large sauna and steam rooms and pool. Well maintained. The cold plunge pool a very cold 9-10 degrees, with the result that no one uses it for more than a few seconds. Food is ok but they ran out of avocado for a chicken & avocado salad and wouldn’t discount the meal. Kitchen staff were unfriendly. Will probably stick to my local sauna instead from now on. Final thought: how about syncing the digital clocks in the sauna and steam rooms?

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Popular Activities Online
Booking platforms like GetYourGuide give you instant confirmation and, on many activities, free cancellation — and you can read recent reviews before committing. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
