Outlet Mall Pattaya
Situated along Thanon Thep Prasit in central Pattaya, this long-established outlet shopping centre draws both tourists and locals with its promise of discounted prices across fashion, accessories, and related goods. The complex is notably large — substantial enough to fill a full afternoon — and on-site food options make it a practical combined stop for shopping and a meal before moving on. Visitor experiences tend to be mixed, and setting realistic expectations beforehand is worthwhile. Those familiar with outlet malls in other countries may find the brand selection and depth of discounts fall short of comparison, and some areas of the complex can feel noticeably quiet and underoccupied. That said, shoppers willing to browse carefully and compare prices before committing do report finding genuine deals. The relaxed, unhurried atmosphere suits those who prefer a low-pressure shopping environment, and the sheer size of the centre means there is reasonable variety for those with time to explore. Good to know: The mall opens daily at 10:00, closing at 20:00 on weekdays and at 21:00 on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. Weekday mornings tend to be the quietest periods for those who prefer a more relaxed visit. Given the size of the complex, comfortable footwear is advisable. Check the official website at outletmallthailand.com for current store listings and any active promotions before making the trip.

Visitor Reviews
Rate 8/10 This outlet store really big, u need spend 1 days for shopping and u can relax here, there the food counter. Here many discount more than store, but u also need to be careful to choice, sometime the prices with at store a little same same. But any way, its still good because is outlet store. Fellas need to try step in.
I’ve read mixed reviews, and I can see why. If you’re expecting an outlet like the ones in other countries with big brands and heavily discounted prices, this might not meet your expectations. The front area has some cheap items, and while there are a few brands at the back/ slash around the corner like Lacoste, Guess, and Crocs, it’s not a typical outlet experience. That said, if you’re nearby, it’s not bad to check out, but don’t expect major deals, I find the pricing are more expensive back home. I didn’t buy anything, but my husband did find a Lacoste hat on sale for $15 USD and cheap over run stuff is worth it.
In my opinion, this outlet mall feels quite underwhelming. There’s a noticeable lack of stores, limited selections, and very few customers, which makes the place feel quiet and somewhat empty. While it’s clean and easy to walk around, there just aren’t many options to make it worth a dedicated trip. Overall, a rather sad outlet experience compared to what you might expect.

Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
