Days revolve around the animals — cooking sticky-rice balls soft enough for elderly elephants to chew, then watching the river baths from a respectful distance — and programs run from single days to overnight stays and longer volunteer stints. One of the originals of ethical elephant tourism in this part of Thailand, and still among the best-run.
