Phangan Elephant Sanctuary

Phangan Elephant Sanctuary is a non-profit organisation on Koh Pha-ngan dedicated to rescuing elephants from lives of forced entertainment and providing them with a rehabilitation environment centred on their wellbeing. The sanctuary is located in the Koh Pha-ngan interior, accessible by ferry from Koh Samui or the mainland.
