Master Toddy's Muay Thai Academy is one of the Bangkok gyms foreign students have trained at for years, and three of the Bangkok gym lists I checked include it, among them Tripadvisor's top Bangkok sports camps and the Hotels.com guide. Reddit regulars name it too.
It's on Sukhumvit 107, just past the city line in Samut Prakan, a few minutes from BTS Bearing at the eastern end of the Sukhumvit line. That's a long ride from central Bangkok, so it suits a stay in the east of the city more than a one-off class from Silom or Siam. Contact the gym directly for class times and prices.
