We then went into the steamer for 30 minutes, which we could adjust the temperature to our liking. When the time was up, the staff came in and let us choose the aromatherapy oils we wanted. The masseuse then dimmed the lights and continued to massage us for 2 hours. Before the massage, you can tell the masseuse if you want the massage to be strong or focused on a certain area.
