I Yog Infinity Studio
Tucked within the Surfsport building on Phetkasem Road in Hua Hin, I Yog Infinity Studio is a yoga and fitness space that has built a strong reputation around the teaching of its instructor, Mukda. Visitors consistently praise her detailed explanations, hands-on adjustments, and ability to tailor sessions to each student's needs — drawing both complete beginners and more experienced practitioners. The studio operates as a yoga-focused health club, with classes that span a range of experience levels, making it accessible whether someone is picking up yoga for the first time or looking to deepen an existing practice. The atmosphere is described by visitors as welcoming and intimate, with a personalised approach that sets it apart from larger, more generic fitness centres. Several travellers note that the quality of instruction was compelling enough to extend their stay in Hua Hin specifically to attend more classes — a meaningful indicator of what the studio delivers. For practical planning, visitors are advised to reach out in advance to confirm current class schedules and availability, as opening hours and timetable information are not listed publicly. Comfortable, stretchy clothing suitable for yoga is recommended. Given the studio's popularity among tourists passing through Hua Hin, booking ahead where possible is a sensible step, particularly during busier travel periods.

Visitor Reviews
Truly recommend! I went for one session and loved it. The instructor is dedicated, skilled and held a great class. Would definitely have visit again if we were not leaving.
I highly highly recommend I Yog Infinity Sudio!! Mukda is an excellent teacher, the best one I had in years: she has excellent teaching techniques, pushes you gently and gives very personnalised feedback and corrections. Moreover her classes are very „complete“ if you go every day you will get to work all areas of your body, and go through a wide array of yoga asanas. No class is the same, which keeps it very exciting! :) Also what I appreciated was that there are very regular students so the class atmosphere is very warm and friendly! I am very thankful for going to Mukda‘s classes for 3 weeks (as a tourist) because I struggled to get back in shape after having a baby earlier this year and I managed to gain a lot of strength (in both mind and body) and confidence in only three weeks with Mukda. Thank you so much!
We found Mukda's yoga class during our stay in Hua Hin and absolutely loved it. We even extended our trip by a week to attend some more classes. Mukda has thought us so much in such a short space of time and I would love to be able to attend her group classes on a full time basis. Thank you Mukda, we can't wait to come back.
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
