Ayothaya Massage & Spa Ayutthaya
Situated on Pha Thon Road in the heart of Ayutthaya's historic centre, this massage and spa offers traditional Thai massage and body treatments in a relaxed, welcoming setting. Run by a hands-on owner and their spouse, the establishment has built a reputation for friendly, personal service — one visitor even received a lift back to their hotel after their session, a detail that speaks to the character of the place.
Treatments include traditional Thai massage, Thai oil massage, and body scrubs. The style leans toward firm, therapeutic pressure, and therapists are receptive to specific concerns such as back pain or muscle knots — several guests have noted tangible relief after sessions. That said, visitors who prefer a gentler touch should communicate their preferences clearly before treatment begins, as the pressure can be quite strong.
The spa operates seven days a week from 9:30 AM to 9 PM, making it a practical stop for travellers exploring Ayutthaya's temples and ruins throughout the day. There is no online booking system, so dropping in or calling ahead is advisable, particularly during busier periods. The extended evening hours are well suited to those who want to wind down after a full day of sightseeing in the heat. No price level is listed publicly, but reviewers consistently describe the cost as good value relative to the quality of the experience.

Reviews from Google
I had a full body thai oil massage, Good price and I had an amazing massage, I said before that I have a specific back pain and if they can work on it and it was so amazing, I like a hard massage so it was perfect for me but not too painful Also felt very Clean inside and I had lovely tea in the end
Very nice staff. Received a thai massage and felt more relaxed after. Definitely recommand this place.
I did not want to make a Review but I came in with neck pain and now it hurts even more and I cannot sleep 😪 sorry, but do not recommend. Not relaxing at All, way too much pressure and got hurt with Fingernails ... Sleepless night ahead. One Star would not be fair though, I guess it depends on who does the Massage - a woman next to me Fell asleep (even though there was constant talking the first half an hour) - but shorten the nails should be mandatory

Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
