Tucked along Soi Damrong Rat in Hua Hin, Beach House-Awesome Pad Thai is a small, cosy bistro that has built a loyal following among locals and travellers alike. The kitchen centres on authentic Thai flavours, with shrimp Pad Thai drawing particular praise from visitors who rate it among the finest they have tried in the region. Beyond the signature dish, the menu extends to crispy chicken wings with tamarind sauce and fresh fish preparations, all served in generous portions. The atmosphere is relaxed and intimate, making it equally comfortable for solo diners and groups. Visitors consistently highlight the owner and host, whose warmth and attentiveness set the tone from the moment guests arrive. The space has the feel of a neighbourhood spot rather than a tourist-facing restaurant, which contributes to what many describe as an authentic dining experience. Mango smoothies are a popular accompaniment to the meal. Beach House-Awesome Pad Thai opens Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 20:30, with no listed weekend hours, so it is worth checking their Facebook page before planning a visit. Visitor Reviews
Happened to stumble across this cozy bistro, and from the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a lovely woman with a beautiful smile. She was attentive and the dishes she brought out were mouth watering. We must’ve dined here around 5 times. If you ever find yourself in Hua Hin and want to get away from the tourist traps, then Beach House Is the place.
I had the shrimp pad thai and mango smoothie and it was so yummy. The food was fresh and it is best pad Thai that I have tasted in Hua Hin and one of the best in Thailand. The restaurant is very cozy and clean. Pariya the owner is very friendly. I highly recommend that you stop here as you will not regret it. Thank you Pariya.
Nice neighborhood Thai spot with authentic flavors and cozy atmosphere. We tried Pai Thai, Crispy Chicken Wing with tamarin source and Dip & Fish - all were delicious with generous portions and fresh ingredients. Prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality.

Tips for Visiting Restaurants & Food
Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
