Three Dots & A Dash Huahin
Three Dots & A Dash has carved out a strong reputation in Hua Hin as a craft beer destination with genuine food credentials. The bar stocks an impressive rotating selection of local Thai craft beers on tap alongside bottles and cans from international breweries, covering styles from Belgian-style tripels and IPAs to guava ales and rice lagers — a refreshing alternative to the mass-market brands that dominate most venues in town. The kitchen adds real substance to the visit, with dishes like Japanese-Thai style raw beef and crispy fried sliced sausage drawing consistent praise from visitors. The atmosphere is relaxed and sociable, drawing a mixed crowd of tourists and locals. Live music is a regular feature, even midweek, and the energy tends to build as the night progresses. The mid-range pricing makes it an accessible spot for an extended evening without a steep bill, and the friendly staff have been noted as welcoming to solo travellers as well as groups. The bar is open every evening from 6pm until 1am, seven days a week. Those who prefer a livelier atmosphere are better off arriving after 8pm, when the venue fills out. The address — Soi Naeb Kehardt — is a quieter side street in central Hua Hin, so it is worth checking directions or the Facebook page before heading out for the first time. Walk-ins are generally accommodated, though weekend nights can get busy.

Visitor Reviews
Amazing selection of craft beer on tap and from the fridge. I tried a Belgium-style tripel, IPA, Guava Ale, and Rice Lager. They were all excellent. The staff were very friendly to me, as a solo traveller from abroad they made me feel welcome and made a big effort to keep me entertained. If I am ever in Hua Hin in the future, I will 100% revisit.
One of the impressive tap beer in hun hin area. Food here is amazing too. I love their Japanese thai style raw beef and fried sliced sausage(very very crispy). There are 8 fresh tap beer from local brew and owner can explain and let’s you try a sip and choose the right one for your preference.
Great options on tap & in the fridge. There was live music & it was very busy midweek. Obviously a popular spot. It was great to taste some craft Thai beer rather than the usual big brands sold everywhere. There's seating inside & outside.

Learn the Spice Scale
Say 'mai pet' for no spice, 'pet nit noi' for a little spice, or 'pet mak' if you want it Thai-hot. Most cooks will default to a toned-down version for foreigners unless you specify otherwise.
Follow the Crowds
The busiest street stalls are almost always the best — high turnover means fresh ingredients and a recipe that locals vouch for. An empty restaurant at dinner time is a red flag.
Ice Is Safe
Factory-made tube or cylinder ice (used in virtually all restaurants and stalls) is made from purified water and is safe to consume. You don't need to skip the iced Thai tea.
