X CLUB Hua Hin
X Club is a bar situated on Poon Suk Road, tucked just off Hua Hin's Soi 61 opposite a Burger King landmark, placing it within easy reach of the town's main strip. It sits among several other bars along the same street, giving visitors the option to explore the surrounding nightlife scene before or after stopping in.
Inside, guests can expect a straightforward bar setup with a pool table, attentive staff, and a relaxed atmosphere. Reviewers note that the venue is clean and that service is friendly, with English-speaking staff on hand. No food is served here, so visitors should plan to eat elsewhere before arriving.
As with some bars of this type in Thailand, a small number of reviews raise concerns about pricing practices, so it is worth confirming costs upfront before ordering. Checking your bill carefully is a sensible habit at any venue of this kind. X Club suits travellers looking for a casual drink and a game of pool in a no-frills setting rather than a polished cocktail bar experience. No website or official opening hours are currently listed, so arriving in the evening and gauging the atmosphere firsthand is the practical approach.

‼️Avoid X-Club Hua Hin – Scammers & Liars‼️ X-Club in Hua Hin is a scam operation, and I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this place. They are dishonest, deceptive, and will do anything to squeeze as much money as possible from unsuspecting customers. I don’t drink alcohol at all, but I stopped by to play a game of pool and ordered one Coca-Cola. That’s it. One Coke. The bar girl, of course, tried the usual routine—asking if I wanted drinks and pushing for lady drinks. I made it crystal clear that I don’t drink alcohol and that I don’t buy alcohol for anyone else either, as I follow Buddhist precepts and avoid intoxicants completely. She acknowledged this, and we played one game of pool. When I was about to leave, I got the bill—and suddenly, it was hundreds of baht instead of the 60 baht for my Coca-Cola. Total scam. I immediately pointed out their fraud, reminding them that I had only ordered one coke and had specifically said no lady drinks, no extras. But instead of fixing it, the staff just continued lying and trying to pressure me into paying for drinks I never ordered. I demanded to speak to the manager, who was just as dishonest, full of excuses and more lies. In the end, I only paid for my Coke (60 baht) and left. But the whole experience made it clear that this place is nothing but a scam. If they try to rip off someone sober like me, I can only imagine how they cheat drunk customers who might lose track of their orders. Expect your bill to be doubled, tripled, or worse. Avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of great bars in Hua Hin—this is NOT one of them. Stay away from X-Club unless you enjoy being scammed.

Tips for Visiting Nightlife & Bars
Carry Your Passport or a Copy
Clubs and some bars check IDs strictly, especially in Bangkok's Thonglor, RCA, and Sukhumvit areas. A photo of your passport info page on your phone usually works, but carrying a laminated photocopy is safer.
Know the Closing Times
Legal closing time is 2 AM for most venues, though enforcement varies. In Bangkok's designated entertainment zones (RCA, Silom Soi 2/4, Khao San), some clubs stay open until 4 AM. Islands tend to be more relaxed about hours.
Buy Bucket Drinks Cautiously
Island bucket drinks (mixed spirits in a small bucket) are cheap and fun but notoriously strong and inconsistent. Stick to one, stay hydrated, and never leave your drink unattended at beach parties.
