Big C Supercenter Koh Samui
Koh Samui's principal hypermarket, this large-format store covers everything from fresh produce and packaged groceries to household goods, clothing, and electronics under one roof. Recently refurbished, the shopping environment is noticeably cleaner and better organised than before, making it a practical and straightforward stop for self-catering travellers stocking a villa kitchen or anyone needing to pick up everyday essentials during their stay. The food court is a genuine draw in its own right, offering a range of affordable Thai dishes including curries and grilled chicken, alongside a KFC for those wanting something familiar. The atmosphere leans local rather than tourist-facing, with a mix of island residents and visitors moving through the aisles, particularly during evenings and weekends. Weekday mornings are noticeably quieter for those who prefer a more relaxed browse. A few practical points are worth keeping in mind. The food court operates on a prepaid e-card system, so visitors need to load credit onto a card before ordering at the stalls. International credit cards are accepted in the main store. The store is open daily from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM throughout the week. The Bo Put location is reasonably central on the island, but arranging a scooter, taxi, or rental car in advance makes the trip considerably easier, especially when leaving with full shopping bags.

As an influencer, I'd be delighted to share my experience with the establishment. It offers a diverse range of products catering to various needs and preferences. The shopping environment is generally pleasant and well-organized, making browsing an enjoyable activity. I found the selection of local crafts and souvenirs to be particularly noteworthy. Furthermore, the food court presents a good opportunity to sample regional flavors. The accessibility and convenient location contribute positively to the overall visit. I believe many followers would find this destination quite engaging. It's a spot worth recommending for its comprehensive offerings.
Good place for all your groceries. Happy to have big shops like this on the island. Lots of different thai food in the court to eat if you hungry, even have a KFC. They sell everything inside the shop, sometimes have big discounts on televisions that are allready cheap. Don't understand why the bakery placed so far away from the bread since the redecoriation. When i want my bread sliced somebody has to walk a long way to get it done 🤷🏼♂️. Staff is being thai and very friendly if you ask them something. So all and all a good expierence inside this one. They even have a special redbull fridge 😋
Good Lunch! In the Right cornet! The best Curry and chicken You have to get a E-Card to pay at the Stalls and the surrounding is mit The Best but her Food is delicious

Tips for Visiting Markets & Shopping
Haggle at Markets, Not Malls
Prices at market stalls are negotiable — start at 50–60% of the asking price and meet in the middle. Fixed-price shops and malls don't haggle. Smile and keep it friendly; aggressive bargaining is considered rude.
Arrive Early or Late
Vendors believe the first sale of the day is lucky — you'll often get a better deal if you arrive right when the market opens. Late in the evening, sellers may also discount to avoid packing unsold goods.
Be Cautious with Tailors
Bangkok has excellent tailors, but also many tourist traps. Avoid anyone offering suspiciously cheap suits or who approaches you on the street. Ask your hotel for recommendations, read reviews, and always get two fittings.
