Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa
Compare prices
Come here for quiet, not for Pattaya. The resort sits on the coast at Na Chom Thian, in Sattahip, roughly 20 to 30 minutes' drive from the centre of town, and that gap is the whole point. The beach in front is calm, the pool is properly looked after, and the landscaping does its job of making the place feel like a retreat rather than a strip hotel. Rooms are smart and many face the sea, which is where the money is well spent.
What comes up again and again in reviews is the staff. Guests name individual front desk people by name and some return specifically because of them, which is not something you see often. Food gets good marks too, including the Resort Cafe's homemade ice cream. Families and couples do well here. If you want Walking Street and late nights, you'll be in a taxi a lot and you'd be better off staying north.

Staying at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa for the second time, and the experience was even more incredible than my first visit! Choosing to return was absolutely the best call—truly felt so lucky to pick this amazing resort again! What touched me most was the exceptional front desk service, and I have to sing high praises for Seven who assisted us! Having stayed at countless hotels over the years, I’ve never met a staff member with such outstanding professionalism who also delivers heartfelt, flawless service. He wore a warm, genuine smile the entire time, was endlessly patient and thoughtful, and our communication was smooth and effortless. His kindness made us feel like catching up with an old friend rather than interacting with a stranger. He even took the initiative to offer that we could turn to him for any travel advice during our trip, and kindly informed us about the resort’s shuttle service—going above and beyond to cater to our needs! Avm, who was by his side, was equally attentive and reliable. He walked us through the entire check-in and check-out process step by step, explaining every detail clearly and patiently, putting all our worries at ease right away. The room was just as fantastic as I remembered—spacious, well-appointed and utterly comfortable. My entire stay was wrapped in warmth from start to finish. Seven’s impeccable service and Avm’s careful guidance truly doubled our vacation joy. Meeting such amazing team members, especially a gem like Seven who pours his heart into every little detail of service, was such a delightful surprise. I can’t recommend Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa highly enough! It will absolutely be my top choice every time I visit Pattaya!
I had a wonderful stay at Renaissance Pattaya Resort & Spa. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained, with stunning ocean views and a relaxing atmosphere. I would especially like to compliment Aum at the front desk. She was extremely professional, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. Her warm welcome and efficient service made the check-in process smooth and pleasant. She was always patient, helpful, and willing to assist with any questions we had. Her professionalism truly enhanced our overall experience. Thank you to Aum and the entire team for the excellent hospitality. I would definitely recommend this resort and look forward to staying here again in the future.
We had a very happy stay at this hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful…Opel, Lyn, Aum& Seven. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help us with anything we needed. Their support and care truly impressed us and made our stay extra special. Check-in was quick and smooth, the hotel was more beautiful than we expected, and the view was amazing. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The food was delicious, and the beachside atmosphere was very relaxing. Overall, we felt genuinely cared for and had such a warm experience here. We loved it so much and would definitely come back again🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
