Villa Hanna Luxury Beachfront
Compare prices
Villa Hanna Luxury Beachfront is a private villa-style property situated directly on the beach in Lipa Noi, on the quieter western coast of Koh Samui. The location is well-regarded by guests for its proximity to local attractions while still offering a sense of seclusion, and the property itself is consistently described as matching its promotional imagery — a reassuring quality when booking a high-end stay.
The villa is owner-operated, with Jon and his wife taking an active role in ensuring guests have a memorable visit. Guests highlight the attentive, personalised service, the private beach access, and the remarkable sunset views as standout features. The rooms and overall property are praised for their quality and presentation. The atmosphere leans toward intimate and refined rather than resort-scale, making it particularly well-suited to families or small groups seeking privacy and direct engagement with the natural surroundings.
As a practical note, Villa Hanna operates as a private villa rather than a conventional hotel, so early communication with the owners prior to booking is advisable — especially for guests with specific requirements around noise, neighbouring properties, or scheduling. The property is listed as open around the clock, and Koh Samui's western coast is generally calmer than the island's eastern beaches, which can make it a more comfortable choice during the Gulf of Thailand's wetter months between October and December.

Reviews from Google
Over this past winter break, me and my family had the wonderful opportunity to visit Villa Hanna on Koh Samui and we all had a blast! First off, the location is very ideal as it is nearby to a lot of great activities, restaurants, and sights to see. I highly recommend going to the nearby town of Nathon for some good eats. The villa itself is magnificent with many amenities and very friendly staff. I personally enjoyed using the pool table and swimming in the pool. Overall, each one of the rooms blew me away and I only have positive things to say about the villa. If I were you, I highly recommend getting in touch with the owner and booking a trip here. Trust me, you won’t regret it one bit! If you are looking for a spot to kick back and relax, this is the spot for you.
I simply had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa hosted by Jon and his wife. What a stunning location!! the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. The staff provided excellent service. The rooms were lovely, and you can always message Jon; he replies within minutes. I couldn’t have wished for anything better. If I could give more stars, I absolutely would. Thank you so much!!
This is a nice house with a pretty good location. Staff were awesome when needed. Before booking i asked about neighbors loud music, this his exact words. " In any case i can promise no music at all" so i booked it. Out of 20 nights it was loud booming hard to sleep noise most of the time. So his words were not true. It ruined our planned peaceful vacation. We spent $25000 and never slept well, to top it off the Staff came at 9am until 5pm so there is no sleeping in. If only i would have known. Dishwasher leaked, mice below the sink in the kitchen, outdoor shower never worked, master bedroom flooded with rain water. Other repairs of the house were done without our permission and included us sharing " our " house and bathroom with the repair people during our vacation. Jon never bothered to ask if it was ok. We did not need even the staff but were told he "just cant send then home" so we never had privacy at all during the day. No privacy and loud music at night was our experience.
