About Reef Resort Kradan
Reef Resort is a small resort in the middle of the main beach on Koh Kradan, the Trang island inside Hat Chao Mai National Park. It has 18 rooms, all beachfront or sea view, set in a garden behind the sand, and guests can take out the resort's kayaks and stand-up paddleboards.
The restaurant is the part people write home about. It specializes in seafood with Thai dishes and pasta alongside, at fair prices for an island with no village, and guests staying elsewhere on the beach often eat here. Reviewers praise the staff above all. Snorkeling off the main beach has been restricted since the park closed it to protect bleached coral, so ask the resort what's open before you pack fins.
