Mali Resort Koh Kradan sits at the north end of the island's main beach, on 200 meters of its own sand, with more than 20 beachfront bungalows in a garden under the trees. It belongs to the same owners as the Mali resorts on Koh Lipe, and reviewers like the modern rooms, the restaurant and cocktails, and the loungers kept for each bungalow.
The north end is the quieter half of the beach, away from where the day boats land, and a path behind the restaurant leads to Mali Sunset Beach on the west coast in about 10 minutes. There's no ATM on Kradan, and Mali takes cards with a 3% surcharge, so bring cash for everything else.
