Compare prices
Villaggio Ayutthaya is a residential resort community located in Bang Pa-in district, offering a tranquil retreat within reach of Ayutthaya's famous ancient temples and historical sites. Set within a thoughtfully landscaped development, the property is notable for its well-maintained green gardens, swimming pool, and a calm, secure atmosphere that residents and visitors consistently praise. The environment here leans toward quiet comfort rather than bustling tourism. Visitors can expect manicured grounds, a relaxed pace of life, and a strong sense of community within a well-managed estate. The on-site security is a standout feature, and the sales and reception staff are known for attentive, courteous service. The overall setting is best suited to travellers seeking a peaceful base from which to explore the surrounding Ayutthaya region, rather than those looking for a city-centre hotel experience. Practically speaking, the property's office hours run daily from 09:00 to 19:00, so prospective visitors or guests should plan enquiries and check-ins within that window. The Bang Pa-in location places it conveniently close to the Bang Pa-in Royal Palace and within comfortable driving distance of Ayutthaya's UNESCO-listed temple ruins. Those travelling by private car or rideshare will find the address easiest to navigate, as public transport links to this specific area are limited.

Visitor Reviews
Very peaceful environment even I still resident here in villaggio housing land, there is such a spectacular view of homes and especially the swimming pool and area of incredible green grassy garden which could mediate your mind and much joyfully.
The atmosphere inside the village is great. The security system is top-notch. The sales staff provide excellent customer service, to the point that I, as a customer, felt quite embarrassed by their attentiveness.
Khao Kho isn't as cold as being unloved. Good evening from Villagio. Warm and safe, great atmosphere.

Tips for Visiting Hotels & Resorts
Book Shoulder Season
May–June and September–October offer dramatic discounts (30–50% off peak rates) with fewer crowds. Weather is mixed but rarely a washout — afternoon showers clear quickly.
Compare OTAs and Direct Rates
Always check the hotel's own website after finding a rate on Agoda or Booking.com. Many Thai properties offer a best-rate guarantee or throw in perks like free breakfast when you book direct.
Pool Villa Doesn't Mean Expensive
Private pool villas in Krabi, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai start around 2,500–4,000 THB/night — a fraction of Bali or Maldives prices. Search specifically for 'pool villa' to surface hidden gems.
