Love Diving Phuket - Paradise Beach
Situated directly on Paradise Beach along Phuket's Andaman coastline, this small diving operation offers a notably personal experience compared to larger dive centres on the island. The setup allows for direct water entry from the beach, removing the need for lengthy boat transfers to reach dive sites. Instructor Arne is consistently named across visitor reviews for his clear communication, patient teaching style, and attentiveness to diver comfort — qualities that make this operation particularly well-suited to first-timers. The operation covers a range of certifications and experience levels, from introductory first dives through to Open Water, Advanced, and Nitrox courses. Even visitors with limited time have found the beach dive format a rewarding option, with experienced divers noting that the accessible sites still deliver genuinely impressive underwater encounters. Equipment, instruction, and underwater photography are all part of the experience, and the relaxed beach environment keeps the overall atmosphere unhurried and low-pressure. Good to know: The Andaman Sea diving season runs roughly from November to April, when calmer conditions and stronger visibility make for the most rewarding dives. Outside these months, seas can be rougher and visibility reduced, though beach dives remain a more sheltered option than offshore trips. Given the small-scale, instructor-led nature of this operation, booking ahead is advisable, particularly during peak season between December and March.

Visitor Reviews
I’m an advanced diver and recently had the pleasure of diving with Love Diving Phuket during my trip. Due to time constraints, we opted for a beach dive—but even that short experience was truly impressive. The team completely lives up to global PADI standards. Their hospitality was exceptional, and their techniques and teaching methods were spot on. They made the entire dive both safe and fun, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and passion. Whether you’re a first-time diver or an experienced one, I highly recommend them. They’re incredibly patient and detail-oriented, ensuring that every diver—regardless of skill level—gets the best possible underwater experience. A bit pricey but totally worth the money Looking forward to diving with them again next time I’m in Phuket!
I did my first dive ever with Arne at Love Diving and it was a wonderful experience. They take you to an exclusive beach spot and after a few minutes of explanation and practice, you are ready to go under. I went up to 12m and saw a lot of corals, schools of yellow snappers and needle fish, clown fish and even a beautiful lion fish. I would highly recommend this diving company and especially Arne for his friendliness and professionalism. My two suggestions are to have better communication with the customers (since I had to follow up to check if things were confirmed) and allow customers to pay by credit card. But just go with this company, they seemed very ethical in their approach.
I did the open water course with Arne this week and it was the most amazing and positive experience. His instructions and teaching were exceptionally clear and he took great care to make sure I completely understood. Arne is very patient and he made the 3 days great fun. I was initially anxious but realised quickly I was in very safe hands. I can’t wait to dive again. A total professional - thank you Arne.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Through Klook or GetYourGuide
These platforms offer instant confirmation, free cancellation on most activities, and prices that are often lower than walk-up rates. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
