Samui Boat Charter
Samui Boat Charter is a private boat hire and tour operator based in Bo Put, Koh Samui, specialising in fully bespoke island-hopping experiences tailored to each group. Rather than joining large crowded vessels, guests have exclusive use of a private boat and crew, allowing for a more relaxed and personalised day on the water. Popular itineraries include trips to Ang Thong National Marine Park and private transfers to Koh Phangan for events such as the Full Moon Party.
Each charter comes with a dedicated onboard crew who handle the planning, navigation, and hospitality throughout the day. Reviewers consistently highlight the attentiveness of the staff and the quality of the vessel, describing it as clean, fast, and well-maintained. The crew is noted for timing departures strategically to avoid busy periods at popular destinations, giving guests a quieter experience at key spots. Refreshments including water and drinks are provided throughout the trip.
Samui Boat Charter operates seven days a week from 9:00am to 9:00pm, making it straightforward to book around most travel schedules. Groups of varying sizes are catered for, and the itinerary is built around the preferences of each party, so it is worth contacting the team in advance via their website to discuss requirements and availability. Booking ahead is advisable, particularly during peak season when demand for private charters is high.

Wow, we had a really amazing day on the boat yesterday! The boat was beautiful & so clean .. & fast! There were 3 staff on board, Golf, Fame & Pow, they were fabulous, so friendly & looked after us very well. I thought Fame was a really good skipper, he was focussed & safe the whole time. Golf and Pow looked after us with drinks, beautiful melon & interesting information. They are great guys ;)) The places we went to were so special .. empty, paradise beaches, a breath taking view point & stunning snorkelling The lunch was beyond superb! Absolutely delicious & plentiful .. a feast with tropical wild birds singing in the trees. The trip gave us a wonderful feel for the islands & we would recommend it to anyone wanting to have a unique, memorable and pampered time. Thank you so much again 🙏
The team at Samui boat hire created a truly wonderful day. They listened to all our wishes and arranged a brilliant trip. Their service is amazing, from a constant supply of water and fresh drinks to a lovely platter of fresh fruit on the way back. If you want to unleash your inner movie star, nothing beats turning up in a beautiful private speed boat on Koh Pha-ngan beach.. brilliant day and the icing on the cake was stopping of the coast to allow us to take pictures of the sunset.. go on treat yourself it’s well worth it..
Great day out boat crew are really knowledgeable. Recommend way to see the islands. They avoid the busy times with the big boats so you have a more relaxed time. And private tour.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Popular Activities Online
Booking platforms like GetYourGuide give you instant confirmation and, on many activities, free cancellation — and you can read recent reviews before committing. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
