House of KOON
Wellness places in Hua Hin can feel like a spa menu with a yoga mat thrown in. This one actually earns the label. Contrast therapy is the core of it: a 0-degree ice bath and an infrared sauna, with staff walking you through the breathing rather than leaving you to gasp your way through. There's also vibroacoustic sound therapy, instructor-led dance aerobics, and creative sessions like painting. A small shop sells their own branded products, crystals and aroma oils.
The café side is what surprises people. Scrambled eggs and avocado on sourdough, coffee and waffles, cha manao yen, smoothies. Reviewers turn up to answer emails and stay three hours. The building is open and organic in feel, sitting by the reservoir, and late afternoon is when I'd go: the sunset over the lake with a cold beer is the bit people keep mentioning. It's a small operation, so the attention you get is personal.

Reviews from Google
I’ve been to a few wellness places, but this one really stands out. Everything is so thoughtfully managed and beautifully designed — from the open, organic décor to the serene vibe right by the reservoir. The moment you walk in, you instantly feel calm and relaxed. They offer so many experiences like sauna, ice bath, sound bath, and creative activities like painting and drawing. There’s also a lovely little shop with their own branded products, crystals, aroma oils, smoothies, and more — everything is designed with so much attention to detail, which I really appreciate as a designer. I tried the sound bath session today for 600 baht and it was incredible. The instructor was so kind and gentle, and the whole experience was deeply calming and refreshing. Highly recommend this place if you want to relax, recharge, and enjoy a beautifully curated wellness experience!
That was a pleasant surprise -- I stumbled upon House of Koon when looking for somewhere to grab a bit to eat and catch up on emails. I was there for 3 hours!!! I enjoyed tasty scrambled eggs and avocado on sourdough, a very light and refreshing Cha Manao Yen and the best of all - a 20 minute Vibroacoustic Sound Therapy session. This was my first time trying Vibroacoustic and it was really relaxing and I felt a lot clearer in my mind when I left. I'll be back next week for sure
We had a great experience, from booking the class to joining it. The place is beautiful, and the atmosphere is calm and peaceful. Thank you to Khun Lexie.

Tips for Visiting Activities & Tours
Vet Elephant Sanctuaries
Only visit sanctuaries that prohibit riding, use no chains or bullhooks, and let elephants roam freely. Elephant Nature Park in Chiang Mai set the standard. If a place offers painting shows or circus tricks, walk away.
Book Popular Activities Online
Booking platforms like GetYourGuide give you instant confirmation and, on many activities, free cancellation — and you can read recent reviews before committing. Compare with local agencies for multi-day trips where negotiation might save more.
Do Outdoor Activities in the Morning
Heat and humidity peak from noon to 3 PM. Schedule jungle treks, cycling tours, and outdoor cooking classes for early morning. Water activities are more flexible since you're in and out of the sea.
