The Three Bubble Houses
Nestled along the riverside in Sai Yok, Kanchanaburi, The Three Bubble Houses offers an unusual glamping experience built around transparent bubble-shaped accommodations that float directly on the water. The concept is simple but distinctive: guests sleep inside a domed bubble unit with views of the surrounding nature, making it a novelty stay for travellers seeking something beyond a standard hotel room. Each bubble unit comes with its own Jacuzzi, private bathroom, and basic furnishings, giving the experience a modest but charming quality. The riverside setting is the main draw, and on clear nights the transparent ceiling is designed to allow stargazing from bed. Visitors have noted that the air conditioning can struggle during peak daytime heat, which is typical of Thailand's hotter months, so those sensitive to warmth may want to plan accordingly. The property has received praise for attentive and responsive staff, with guests noting quick assistance when issues arose during their stay. Prospective guests should be aware that cleanliness of the bubble exterior can affect the stargazing experience, so it is worth raising any concerns at check-in. As this is a lodging property rather than a day-use wellness facility, bookings are for overnight stays. Given the novelty of the accommodation and the limited number of units, booking well in advance is advisable, particularly for weekends and Thai public holidays. The location in Amphoe Sai Yok also places guests within reach of Kanchanaburi's broader attractions, including national parks and the historic River Kwai region.

Visitor Reviews
Stay here 2 night with my gf. I dropped my phone into the river on the second morning. I asked the receptionist lady for help and she immediately call her colleagues to support. 5 minutes later, 4 staffs swam and dived in the river to help me find the phone although I told them it’s my fault anyway, they don’t need to waste their time. After 2 hours in the water, they told me that they cant find the phone and saying they will try again the day after with some equipments. Later that night, the resort manager - also the handsome bartender in the Mexican Restaurant treats us with a special Thai dessert to sweeten my day after the accident. 6am the next morning, a lady knock my room door while I still asleep handing me THE PHONE which is still wet😱😱😱….and works well. That touches my heart is they did try to find it again very early in the morning the morning, in the Kwait river🥹🥹 No need to mention about the breathtaking view or the amazing food, the service of this place helps me experience the whole new level of true hospitality.
Beautiful glamping resort! Love it
Stayed overnight on the River float Bubble ....an experience in itself! The accomodation is modest and cute with your own Jacuzzi, bathroom and table. For the night sleep there is a cooler, so if you are going in the summer months could mean that the bubble is not that cool. The Property does give you a basic room on land too in case you cannot sleep in the Bubble once the sun rises. Just beware that those who get motion sickness could find the experience not that pleasant. The Rooms comes with BFk & a Hotpot Dinner of Pork & Chicken. The on site Restaurant is alright. Enjoyed the vibes and woke up by 6:00a.m to Monk's chanting.... personally, found it added to my experience of rural Thai.
Tips for Visiting Wellness & Spas
Learn Wat Pho First
Wat Pho in Bangkok is the birthplace of traditional Thai massage education. Their on-site massage pavilion offers excellent treatments from students and graduates at reasonable prices — and you know the technique is authentic.
Communicate Pressure Preferences
Thai massage can be intense. Say 'bao bao' for lighter pressure or 'nак nак' for harder. A good therapist will check in, but don't hesitate to speak up — suffering in silence defeats the purpose.
Book Longer Sessions
A 60-minute massage is fine, but 90 or 120 minutes allows the therapist to work thoroughly. The price difference is often only 200–400 THB for an extra hour — worth it for a deeper, more relaxing experience.
